Questions and answers
Is it really only 4 places?
Yes. Each pack is made individually for one product, so we take 4 this season. The counter above shows what is left.
My photos are not great. Is that OK?
Yes. A clear phone photo in daylight is enough. If we need a better one, we tell you how to take it.
I want it for more than one product.
Each product is one order and one place. Order again for the next product.
What if I miss Diwali?
Order by 23 October to be ready for Diwali. After that you still get the full pack in time for Black Friday on 27 November and Christmas.
Can I cancel?
Yes, until we send the first preview, with a full refund. After that the right to cancel ends, as you agreed when ordering. If something is wrong with the files, we fix it.
Can I use it in paid ads?
Yes. Once the order is paid, you can use everything on your shop, website, social media and in ads.
